We visit you to carry out a no-obligation mobility assessment to find out what you need from your equipment and how you plan to use it. Based on this we then provide a number of options suitable for your needs.
Following the assessment we offer a try before you buy service where we can demonstrate recommended products and allow you to have a go to make sure it’s going to be the right choice for you.
We get you mobile
Once you have selected your equipment we deliver it directly to your door. We then take time to set it up correctly for you. We make sure it fits perfectly, is comfortable and that you are confident in how to operate it safely.
After sales support comes as standard
Our support does not end there. Should you have any questions or queries regarding your new product, we are only a call away ready to help.
We keep you mobile
Should a breakdown or fault occur with your mobility scooter, wheelchair, stairlift or riser chair, simply give us a call. All our products come with a one year on-site warranty where our engineers will visit you to cary out repairs on-site.
For faults that require a little more attention we have a fully equipped workshop in which to carry out more complicated repairs. We collect the faulty product, fix it and return it directly to you. If it is away for longer than 48 hours we provide you with a courtesy vehicle to ensure you remain mobile and independent.
We extend the same level of care and service to anyone with exiting mobility equipment that suffers a breakdown. Call our team for help with repairs to your mobility scooter, stairlift, wheelchair or riser chair.
